BEAUMONT – A Jefferson County steel and pipe fabrication company alleges it was not paid for its services.
LaBelleCo Fab LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 28, 2017, in the Jefferson County District Court against First Call Field Service Corp. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided steel fabricating services to defendant on credit. After all just and lawful offsets, payments and credits have been allowed, the principal balance of $82,019.36 allegedly remains due and owing.
The plaintiff holds First Call Field Service Corp. responsible because despite demands for payments, defendant allegedly has not paid the balance.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but less than $200,000 and such other lawful and equitable relief. It is represented by John S. Morgan of Morgan Law Firm in Beaumont.
