GALVESTON – A Midland company alleges two former tenants failed to pay rent.
Dockside Oil & Gas LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 6, 2017, in the Galveston County District Court against the Charlie Dreyfus and Heather Elizabeth McArthur alleging breach of contract, fraud and other counts.
According to the complaint, the defendants rented a property from the defendant, abandoned the property in an unsatisfactory condition and failed to pay rent.
The plaintiff alleges it was damaged because it had to rekey the property, lost profits, paid for repairs and lost rental income.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less, pre- and post-judgment interest and such other and further relief. It is represented by William A. Brown in League City.
