USCA Securities alleges individual owes more than $450,000 for arbitration award

GALVESTON – A Houston securities broker dealer alleges a Galveston man has failed to pay an arbitration award.

USCA Securities LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 11, 2017, in the Galveston County District Court against Aaron C. Geller seeking to enforce an arbitration award.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in June 2017, a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrator entered judgment requiring defendant to pay the total sum of $455,532.07, plus interest in the amount of $12,134.33 in the plaintiff's favor. 

The plaintiff holds Geller responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the amount.

The plaintiff seeks an order confirming the FINRA award, entry of judgment in favor of plaintiff for $455,532.07 in compensatory damages, $12,134.33 in interest and such other and further relief. He is represented by Donald R. Littlefield and Kristina L. Cunningham of Ballard & Littlefield LLP in Houston.
