Motorist seeks damages after rear-end collision in Bexar County

SAN ANTONIO – A driver alleges she was injured in a rear-end collision in Bexar County.

Gabriela Lopez filed a complaint on Jan. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division against Landmark Safety LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 14, 2016, she was injured when her vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle driven by Peyton Gibson, an employee of Aerion Rental Services LLC, in Bexar County. The suit states the defendant had contracted Aerion Rental Services to provide safety consulting and other services.

She alleges she suffered serious bodily injuries that resulted in medical expenses, pain and suffering, mental anguish and lost wages as a result of the collision. 

The plaintiff seeks all damages, with pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court and such other and further relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by J. Thomas Rhodes III of Tom Rhodes Law Firm PC in San Antonio.
