ISCO Industries Inc. employee seeks damages over alleged injuries caused by fall into pothole

HOUSTON – A Fort Bend County man alleges he was injured while working when he fell into a pothole.

Kendrick Harris filed a complaint on Jan. 23 in the Harris County District Court against ISCO Industries Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 4, 2017, he was injured while in the course and scope of his employment with defendant when he tripped and fell into an improperly filled pothole. He alleges he sustained serious and permanent injuries that resulted in physical pain, mental anguish, loss of enjoyment of life, medical expenses and lost wages. 

The plaintiff holds ISCO Industries Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently failed to properly train and supervise its employees, invitees and subcontractors.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of less than $100,000 and all other and further relief to which he may show himself entitled. He is represented by Yusuf S. Ansari and John A. Daspit of Daspit Law Firm in Houston.
