HOUSTON – An East Texas woman has filed a wrongful death lawsuit after her husband was allegedly killed last month while using a tire shredding machine, per recent Harris County District Court records.

Angelina County resident Jessica Walker blames the Jan. 26 passing of Byron Jones on Genan Inc.; TDG Ventures, L.L.C., doing business as The Donald Group; and Dan Temps, Inc.

Court papers filed on Feb. 1 claim the incident occurred at Genan’s tire shredding facility located at 18038 Beaumont Hwy. in northeast Houston.

TDG and Dan Temps reportedly employed the late father of one, who the original petition asserts was provided with limited training.

Consequently, his widow seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

She is represented by M. Andrew Seerden of The Seerden Law Firm, PLLC in Houston.
