Pro-Star Builders of Texas alleged to have failed to perform services

GALVESTON – A Santa Fe man alleges that a company hired to construct a building failed to perform any services.

Daryl Watley filed a complaint on Feb. 7 in the Galveston County District Court against Pro-Star Builders of Texas alleging that the contractor violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he made a deposit of $15,000 to the defendant for the construction of metal building. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant failed to perform any of the services agreed upon. 

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other lawful and equitable relief. He is represented by James H. Dyer of The Dyer Law Firm in Houston.
