Blaisdell Family Partnership LP alleged to have defaulted on note

HOUSTON – A legal holder of a promissory note alleges the borrower has defaulted on it.

Lee Partridge filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in the Harris County District Court against Blaisdell Family Partnership LP alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 21, 2016, defendant executed a promissory note in the amount of $343,296.93 and the plaintiff is the legal holder of the note. The suit states the defendant failed to make the installment payment and is now in default of the note.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages in an amount to be shown at trial, costs of court, pre- and post-judgment interest and such other and further relief. He is represented by Rusty Hardin and Ryan K. Higgins of Rusty Hardin & Associates LLP in Houston.
