HOUSTON – A Florida man alleges an unmarked hole in a sidewalk caused him to fall from his bike.

Larry Cason filed a complaint on Feb. 15 in the Harris County District Court against Webber LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 21, 2017, he was injured while riding his bicycle on a sidewalk in Houston when he drove into an unmarked construction hole near defendant's construction project.

The plaintiff holds Webber LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make the construction zone safe and failed to warn of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million and such other lawful and equitable relief. He is represented by Megan C. Savage and Scott P. Armstrong of Armstrong Lee Savage LLP in Houston.
