Griffin’s lawsuit states that the plaintiff sustained the injury when a resident’s leg struck the back of hers on Mar. 12, 2016.
The complainant reportedly lost her balance, fell, and hit her head against the nursing station.
Griffin adds she suffered from dizziness and pain to her right eye, right arm, and right shoulder.
She subsequently submitted the claim in question. According to court papers, the center terminated her six months after the incident for exhausting her leave of absence.
Griffin asserts the defendant intentionally discriminated against her for addressing her injury.
Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages.
