HOUSTON – A Harris County man pins injuries he allegedly sustained in an incident last year at his residence on Comcast of Houston, LLC.

Chris Poche brought a lawsuit against the telecommunications company on Mar. 9 in the Harris County 11th District Court.

According to the suit, Poche tripped on an exposed cable installed by the defendant while walking through the gate to his backyard last Nov. 5.

The plaintiff claims Comcast told him it would bury the cable shortly after its mid-August 2017 installation.

He reportedly suffered injuries to his knee, neck, and back.

Consequently, Poche seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Yusuf S. Ansari and John Arthur Daspit of the Daspit Law Firm in Houston are representing the complainant.
