HOUSTON – A Harris County woman alleges she endured unnecessary pain and suffering because of inadequate treatment from a physician and health care provider.
Stephanie L. Charles filed a complaint on March 12 in the Harris County District Court against Juliet Breeze MD and Next Level Urgent Care LLC alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she sought medical treatment from defendants for injuries to her hips. She alleges the defendants ignored her complaints regarding her right hip and the condition deteriorated, causing her to need more extensive medical intervention.
The plaintiff holds Breeze and Next Level Urgent Care LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to refer her to an appropriate specialist for proper assessment and appropriate treatment of her injuries.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages within the jurisdictional limits of the court and such other relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by Noel O. Bailey of Noel Bailey Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
