HOUSTON – A Houston resident alleges a Sugar Land individual and Houston company failed to repay a loan.
Fouzia Yasmeen filed a complaint on March 14 in the Harris County District Court against Group A Round 3 LLC and Iftikhar Ahmed alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 25, 2016, and Oct. 31, 2017, the plaintiff loaned a total amount of $40,000 to the defendants as capital investments.
The plaintiff holds Group A Round 3 LLC and Ahmed responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to repay the funds on the agreed maturity date in October 2017.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other relief that is lawful and equitable. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph V. Gibson IV and Robert Y. Petersen of JVG Law PLLC in Tomball.
