Woman alleges state of walkway at Oaks of Woodlake caused fall

HOUSTON – A Fort Bend County woman alleges that she was injured at a Houston location because of the condition of the walkway.

Krisztina Gabura filed a complaint on March 26 in the Harris County District Court against The Oaks of Woodlake and The Oaks of Woodlake Condominium Association Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims that on July 7, 2017, she was injured when she fell due to the alleged disrepair of the walkways at The Oaks of Woodlake.

The plaintiff holds The Oaks of Woodlake and The Oaks of Woodlake Condominium Association Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to inspect the condominium premises and failed to eliminate or to provide warning of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court and such other lawful and equitable relief. She is represented by Thomas P. Nixon of Law Offices of Thomas Nixon in Houston.
