HOUSTON – A Dallas County man alleges he was injured at a Houston business because of a wet floor.
William Clark filed a complaint on April 2 in the Harris County District Court against NX Media Inc. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 28, 2017, he was an invitee at defendant NX Media when he slipped and fell on a wet surface in the hallway and was injured.
The plaintiff holds NX Media Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to inspect the hallway and properly maintain it and failed to provide sufficient warning that such danger existed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual and statutory damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other and further relief. He is represented by Thomas J. Henry and Jeffrey R. Johnson of the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry in Corpus Christi.
