HOUSTON – A woman alleges she was injured in a Pasadena parking lot because of its unsafe condition.

Althea Harris filed a complaint on April 4 in the Harris County District Court against Latipac Commercial Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 21, 2017, she was injured at defendant's parking lot at 4416 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena when she fell due to the uneven surface. She alleges she suffered serious physical injuries that resulted in pain, mental anguish, medical expenses and physical impairment and disfigurement.

The plaintiff holds Latipac Commercial Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain the premises in a safe condition and failed to warn the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but not more than $1 million and such other relief to which she may be entitled. She is represented by Sean A. Roberts and Anjali Sharma of Roberts Markland LLP in Houston.
