Worker sues following accident with golf cart

HOUSTON – A Houston man is suing his employer following an alleged accident with a golf cart owned by the company.

In his lawsuit against Contemporary Services Corp., Troy Anthony Soublet claims he was a passenger in the golf cart last Oct. 15 when it flipped over and caused him to suffer a broken leg.

Court papers filed on Apr. 5 in the Harris County 333rd District Court state an unidentified employee of the defendant drove the small vehicle in a reckless manner. John Doe is a co-defendant in the case.

Per Soublet, his injured leg required multiple surgeries.

He consequently seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
