BEAUMONT – A Jefferson County man alleges that he was injured while making a delivery to an Orange County business.
Pablo Gonzalez filed a complaint on April 9 in the Jefferson County District Court against Fabricating Solutions LLC alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 23, he was injured at defendant's premises while attempting to assist defendant's employee to unload delivered materials because of an unsafe working environment. He alleges he suffered serious permanent injuries that resulted in medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish and disfigurement.
The plaintiff holds Fabricating Solutions LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to warn of the dangerous conditions, failed to provide a safe working environment and failed to provide the plaintiff with safety devices.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 and such other lawful and equitable relief. He is represented by Cody A. Dishon of The Ferguson Law Firm LLP in Beaumont.
