HOUSTON – A Houston woman alleges a sign at an Old Navy store caused injuries.

Mary Lou Robles filed a complaint on April 24 in the Harris County District Court against Old Navy LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 29, 2016, she was injured because of a sign while shopping at Old Navy in Harris County.

The plaintiff holds Old Navy LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly was aware of the issue due to its admission that the sign has previously fallen and failed to make the repairs.

The plaintiff eeks a sum over $100,000 including damages of any kind, penalties, costs, expenses, prejudgment interest and attorney's fee. She is represented by Sarah A. Jordan of The Presutti Law Firm PC in San Antonio.
