HOUSTON –Debbie White, of New Orleans, and local resident Wyleen Holden are suing a low-cost bus service provider for personal injuries allegedly sustained two years ago.

In a lawsuit filed on Sept. 11 in the Harris County 164th District Court, the plaintiffs claim a table maintained by Megabus Southwest, L.L.C. in its lot located at 815 Pierce St. in downtown Houston fell over without warning and caused them to fall to the ground.

The suit lists PlayCore Holdings, Inc. as the manufacturer of the piece of outdoor furniture. XYZ Insurance Co. rounds out the trio of defendants in the case.

Consequently, the complainants seek unspecified monetary damages.

They are represented by Aaron P. Mollere of The Law Office of Aaron P. Mollere, L.L.C. in Reserve, La.
