Consumer alleges A! Motorcars failed to transfer ownership of vehicle he purchased

HOUSTON – A Harris County consumer alleges an auto dealership failed to transfer ownership of a vehicle he purchased to him.

Rodelon D. Suarez filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the Harris County District Court against Chammas Investments LLC, doing business as A! Motorcars, alleging violation of the Texas Deceptive Practices Act, breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 26, 2018, he purchased a 2006 Lexus LS from defendant's dealership for $11,998.94. He alleges he was told the vehicle was in good working condition and paid the defendant to have the vehicle's title transferred to his time. 

The plaintiff alleges the defendant has yet to transfer ownership of the vehicle to his name and refused to provide any refunds. 

The plaintiff seeks a revocation of acceptance, award for all damages, with interest, costs, attorney's fees and such other and further relief to which he is entitled. He is represented by Matthew T. Valeriane of Law Office of Matthew T. Valeriane in Addison.
