FERNELIUS SIMON PLLC: Houston Trial Law Firm Fernelius Simon welcomes Bob Mace as name Partner

Fernelius Simon PLLC issued the following announcement on Jan. 8.

The Houston-based law firm Fernelius Simon PLLC welcomes litigator C. Robert “Bob” Mace as a name partner. Additionally, partners Ryan M. Perdue and C. Brannon Robertson have been elevated to name partners in the firm now known as Fernelius Simon Mace Robertson Perdue PLLC.

The firm was recently honored both nationally and regionally in the 2018 edition of U.S. News & World Report and The Best Lawyers in America for its Mass Tort Litigation/Class Action defense work.

Mr. Mace’s practice focuses on environmental, catastrophic, and toxic tort litigation, as well as mass torts, personal injury defense, premises and product liability, and complex commercial litigation. Board Certified both in Personal Injury Trial Law and in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he has been recognized multiple times on the Texas Super Lawyers list and earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. He joins the firm from Taylor, Book, Allen & Morris, L.L.P.

Mr. Robertson was recognized by Texas Super Lawyers among the state’s top civil litigation practitioners in 2017 and 2018. He maintains a broad litigation and arbitration practice in matters relating to business disputes, personal injury, environmental litigation, construction disputes, toxic torts, and product liability.

Mr. Perdue has gained extensive commercial litigation experience defending clients before state and federal courts. He also was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2018 and concentrates his practice on personal injury, catastrophic incident and complex commercial litigation, as well as eDiscovery matters.
