Clark Hill PLC issued the following announcement on July 3.
Elizabeth Griffin, of Clark Hill Strasburger's Dallas office, co-edited the 2019 edition of the Franchise Deskbook. Griffin also worked alongside Earsa Jackson, Chair for Clark Hill Strasburger’s Franchise and Distribution Team, for one of the Franchise Deskbook’s chapters.
Griffin is a member of the firm’s Franchising and Licensing team. She is also a member of the firm’s Litigation practice. Griffin was elected the Chair of the Dallas Bar Associations Franchise and Distribution Law Section earlier this year. Her franchise practice focuses on registration and disclosure counseling, state enforcement actions and franchise litigation.
Griffin has contributed to franchise law publications and is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.
