HOUSTON — A home restoration company alleges it was defrauded by clients.
Zenun Homes LLC filed a complaint Aug. 14 in Harris County District Court against Muhammad Ali Kasim and Adsia Holdings LLC, alleging breach of contract and common law fraud.
According to the complaint, Zenun Homes entered into an agreement with Adisa Holdings in March for the restoration of an older property at 2534 Hollow Hook Road, Houston. The plaintiff alleges it did a significant amount of work, including enlarging and reducing rooms, painting, roof repair and electric work.
The suit alleges Kasim said the project was $150,000 over budget and the defendants have failed to fully pay Zenun Homes owner Luiz Nunez for his expenses.
Zedun Homes seeks exemplary damages of $400,000, attorney fees, actual damages and all just relief. It is represented by attorney E. Z. Ilionsky of Ilionsky Law PLLC in Houston.
