Houston nail technician alleges coworkers assaulted her

Lawsuits

HOUSTON — A Houston nail technician is suing two coworkers, alleging she was assaulted without cause.

Nhan Do filed a complaint Aug. 20 in Harris County District Court against Nhung To and Kim Dung, alleging assault and battery.

According to the complaint, Do was employed by Fizz Nail Lounge, 4717 Westheimer Road, Houston. On Aug. 7, while Do was at work, the suit alleges, To and Dong tried to instigate the plaintiff into fighting. 

The plaintiff alleges To tried to kick her and then assaulted her multiple times. As To was striking Do, the suit alleges, Dong restrained her from behind and struck her multiple times. Do states she sustained injuries that required medical attention.

Do seeks monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, trial by jury, court costs, interest, damages and all other proper relief. She is is represented by attorney Don Nguyen of Nguyen & Kan in Houston.
