HOUSTON — A Harris County woman is suing a Houston apartment complex, alleging she was injured on a poorly maintained sidewalk.

Wendy R. Dosewell filed a complaint Aug. 23 in Harris County District Court against Smoketree Apartments of Texas LLC, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Doswell was at her mother's apartment at 5110 Azalea Trace Drive, No. 256, Houston on May 4. The suit says when Doswell was walking on the sidewalk between buildings 11 and 12, she tripped and fell on a poorly repaired portion of the sidewalk.
