The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Daimler Trust against Luis Orlando Marichal, Sandra Michelle Leal and Texas Department of Motor Vehicles on Sept. 13: 'Order For Sequestration'.
Case number 1139857 was filed in the Harris County Civil Court on Aug. 20.
