The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Daimler Trust against Almond Enterprises L. L. Company, Ayman M. Omran, Muthaffar M. Omran, Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, Yader Mendoza and Yousef Tolefat on Sept. 16: 'Order For Sequestration'.
Case number 1139588 was filed in the Harris County Civil Court on Aug. 16.
