An independent report cites BoyarMiller among law firms who have the strongest client relationships with corporate counsel based on in-depth telephone interviews with legal decision makers.
BoyarMiller ranked 87 in the new BTI Client Service A-Team 2021: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, which is the only law firm ranking based solely on objective feedback from corporate counsel. Additionally, the report cites the firm as one of 70 law firms improving its client service faster than all other law firms.

According to BTI Consulting Group, client service expectations place a premium on listening, practicality, and timeliness. Evaluation of a firm’s client service in the survey included attributes such as responding quickly, providing client-specific counsel to avoid or to prepare for challenges, having ongoing meaningful discussions, and providing peer forums to share knowledge and strategies.
