Warning: Don’t be injured by this warning!

We knew there was little scientific support for healthy people wearing surgical masks in public, and we doubted the necessity and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, but now we know that social distancing is counterproductive and potentially dangerous.

What if you’re standing in a check-out line at a local grocery and suddenly feel faint? Under normal circumstances, if you should happen to pass out, your fall might be blocked by the customer standing directly behind or in front of you.

Not so today. Under the current regime of social distancing, the customer behind or in front of you would be six feet away – and anyone less than six feet tall, falling backward or forward, would plummet unimpeded to the floor and suffer a concussion or worse.

Thanks, Science! It’s all your fault. Someone should tell Science that it’s full of bull and we no longer believe anything it says.

Better yet, someone should tell Science that its unscientific proclamations – like the six-foot distancing protocol – are actually making things worse.

A case in point: The six-foot spacers that lemmings all across the land have placed on the floors of public and private assembly areas, and the signs they’ve posted to remind all on hand to maintain the prescribed distance between each other, may be a greater hazard than Covid-19 itself. At least, that’s what Chisandra Espino would have us believe.

Espino claims to have slipped on a “social distancing” sticker that had somehow pried itself off the wall and lay in wait on the floor to ambush an unwary customer. With no one close enough to break her fall, she suffered “severe and lasting” injuries, according to the complaint she filed in Harris County District Court seeking up to $1 million in damages from the McDonalds restaurant on Antoine Drive in Houston.

If you ask us, Espino is suing the wrong party. Instead of McDonalds, she should blame the meddling martinets at the local, state, and federal level who’ve forced or cajoled us all to comply with unnecessary and unscientific guidelines.
