OSHA has drafted its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers with more than 100 employees to either be vaccinated or tested for COVID-19 weekly and it is waiting to be released by the White House. In light of the imminent release of this important regulatory requirement for large employers, we have scheduled a webinar in advance to address the latest news on the standard and any anticipated or filed legal challenges.
