ABOUT THE PROGRAM
In recent years, the legal industry has received much scrutiny regarding the lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the profession. In 2020, following the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and others, organizations began to speak out about inequalities and many vowed to make changes within their organizations. An esteemed group of panelists will discuss recruiting and most importantly retaining diverse talent in the legal field. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of issues faced regarding this topic along with actionable items that can be implemented in organizations.
