Global law firm Reed Smith has been named by clients and top legal decision makers as one of the Top 30 law firms for client service performance.
The Client Service A-Team 2022: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance ranking, published by BTI Consulting Group, is based on objective feedback from corporate counsel and more than 350 in-depth interviews.
Reed Smith has been included in this BTI ranking for 17 out of the last 18 years, and was recognized as one of the firms with the “most improved” client service over the last year.
