Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome John Willding to the Dallas office as a partner in the Corporate Department.

Willding has more than 20 years of experience assisting business owners with sale transactions and often advises management and boards with respect to fiduciary duties, best practices and how to avoid or mitigate risk. He has significant venture capital and private equity experience and frequently works with investors and entrepreneurs to structure and negotiate investment terms and private equity recapitalizations. He also works with clients on entity formation, material agreements, security offerings, corporate governance and ultimate liquidity.
Beyond Fox, Willding serves on the Advisory Boards of Boots for Warriors, Communities Foundation of Texas and the S.M. Wright Foundation.
He earned his A.L.M. from Harvard University, J.D. from Rutgers Law School and B.S.S. from Southern Methodist University.
Prior to joining Fox, Willding was a partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP.
