As part of its strategic growth plan for its Houston office, Bradley is pleased announce that Philip A. Dunlap and Cyrus Chin have joined as partners and Rodrigo Martinez as an associate to its nationally recognized Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

With the arrival of Mr. Chin, Mr. Dunlap and Mr. Martinez, Bradley’s Houston office has added more than 15 attorneys in the past 12 months. The firm opened its Houston office in 2016 with nine attorneys and has grown to nearly 40 attorneys who have experience in corporate, M&A, construction and energy law, bankruptcy, litigation, real estate, and financial services. The office recently added over 45,000 square feet on two floors in the JPMorgan Chase Tower in Downtown Houston as part of its long-term expansion plan.
Mr. Dunlap represents clients in mergers and acquisitions that span a wide variety of industries, providing counsel on general corporate matters to private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as advising on strategic investments, structurings and divestitures. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to companies, assisting them with matters involving employee compensation, employment agreements, commercial contracts and finance transactions. Mr. Dunlap also has helped real estate funds, private equity funds and early-stage startups raise capital through private offerings and debt transactions. He earned his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and received his B.B.A from Baylor University.
Mr. Chin represents clients across many industries in all phases of the business lifecycle, from corporate structuring and formation to daily operations and negotiating the acquisition and sale of businesses. He regularly works with clients on strategic investments, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as on general corporate matters. Mr. Chin serves as outside general counsel to businesses on matters related to finance transactions, employee compensation, non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, and employment agreements. He also assists real estate funds, private equity funds and start-up companies in the capital raising process through private offerings and debt transactions. Mr. Chin earned his J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law and received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He also received his LL.M. in Taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Mr. Martinez’s practice is focused on representing companies, private equity funds, and international and national financial institutions in corporate and financial transactions, including M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, debt financing and project financing. Mr. Martinez received his LL.M. from the University of Texas School of Law and his LL.B. from the Universidad de Monterrey.
