Saghian’s practice involves advising clients in virtually all segments of the real estate industry on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Saghian represents developers, investors, lending institutions, landlords, tenants, and other interested parties in connection with a broad range of property types and classes. Among other commercial real estate transactions, Saghian regularly assists clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, leasing, asset management, construction, and syndication matters.
