Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome J. Dan Rodriguez to the Dallas office as counsel in the Labor and Employment Department.
Highly experienced in labor management and employee relations, Rodriguez has spent more than 20 years helping employers navigate the labor landscape across the U.S. He has detailed knowledge of multiple industries and brings insight gained as an HR executive in health care, pharmaceuticals, distribution and retail.Particularly well-versed in the management side of labor relations, Rodriguez frequently partners with clients to develop and deploy union avoidance strategies, manage union organizing campaigns, negotiate collective bargaining agreements and respond to work stoppages. He focuses on his client's needs first and creates a comprehensive approach aligned with the client's corporate culture and goals.
Rodriguez brings a data-driven approach when helping clients identify labor and employment risks and take proactive measures to avoid workforce-related problems.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A. from the University of Toledo.
Prior to joining Fox, Rodriguez was vice president of labor and employee relations at REI.
