Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has welcomed Monica A. Diddell as a new shareholder in the firm’s Private Equity Practice and in the Houston office. She is the fourth private equity shareholder Polsinelli has added since May, underscoring the firm’s substantial growth of its nationwide private equity bench.

Diddell advises public and private companies, private equity firms and private equity portfolio companies in a variety of complex corporate transactions and the investment life cycle, including asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, joint ventures and minority investments. Prior to her time in private practice, she worked as a corporate attorney in-house in the energy and infrastructure industries.
She received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and holds a B.A., cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
