Based in Houston, Martel is a member of the firm’s International Trade & Supply Chain practice team. She understands the importance of identifying and addressing risks within international trade, specifically regarding regulatory compliance and supply chain security. Wood, a senior associate in Austin, is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group. Wood guides clients in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing purchases and sales, development, lease agreements, easements, phase 1 environmental assessments, and economic incentives.
