Government contracts and cybersecurity attorney Eric Crusius will present during the Southwest Regional CMMC Implementation Conference at Southern Methodist University. The event will focus on compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program as rigorous security standards become mandatory for all federal suppliers. Mr. Crusius will speak on the Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Section 7012 as well as policy and enforcement surrounding the use of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
