Texas Managing Partner Ramy P. Elmasri will present on the topic of information requests for DSU claims at the 2024 Loss Executives Association (LEA) Annual Meeting and Educational Conference on Thursday, February 1. Ramy will join co-presenters in explaining why certain information is requested to support a DSU claim and how it is used to analyze the claim in a one-hour workshop, “Information Requests for DSU Claims – What is Required, What is Received…What Can We Do?” at 4:00 p.m. ET.
The annual conference allows LEA members from across North America, Latin America and Europe to network, access educational content and gain Continuing Education credits.
