Greenberg Traurig Represents Embark in Minority Equity Interest Sale to CoVenture

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Embark, a new kind of business advisory firm that focuses on building strong, enduring relationships through knowledge, skill, experience, and hospitality, in the sale of a minority equity interest to CoVenture, an alternative asset manager that provides solutions across the capital stack of technology-enabled companies. In connection with the transaction, Greenberg Traurig guided Embark through the restructuring of its board and capital stack to reinforce its commitment and enhance its ability to deliver value and experience across the organization.
