Oscar F. Becerra has joined The Woodlands office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as an Associate in the firm’s Business Department.
Becerra focuses his practice on community associations and frequently advises the organizations on operational and governance issues. Becerra assists his clients in preparing and amending their bylaws, policies, and rules and regulations that make up their governing documents. Additionally, Becerra routinely handles assessment collection and deed restriction litigation matters.
Becerra earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law Houston and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
