Reed Smith lawyers highlighted in Super Lawyers 2024 Texas Rising Stars

Five Reed Smith lawyers from the firm’s Austin, Dallas and Houston offices were selected for inclusion in the 2024 Texas Rising Stars list published by Super Lawyers, a division of Thomson Reuters.

Clark Donat is a first chair trial lawyer who counsels both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation in a wide range of industries. He also assists clients in internal investigations and securities fraud. Clark is based in Dallas.

Roswill Mejia counsels and represents life sciences and health care clients across the United States in all stages of government investigations, complex litigation and dispute resolution related to regulatory violations. She is resident in Austin.

E. Steve Smith counsels clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-trial strategy, drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, mediations and trial. He works in Reed Smith’s Dallas office.

Sarah Thompson Schick provides strategic FDA regulatory and compliance counsel to life sciences clients on a variety of matters, including pharmacovigilance, Good Clinical Practice and clinical trials, medical communications, advertising and promotion, etc. Thompson Schick is based in Houston.

To be selected as a Rising Star, lawyers must either be 40 years old or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or fewer. Super Lawyers selects lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
