Blank Rome partner Michael B. Schaedle will serve as a panelist at the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference’s (“EDPABC”) 34th Annual Forum, being held April 4 through 5, 2024, at Borgata in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Blank Rome associate Matthew E. Kaslow, who serves as Treasurer of EDPABC, is a member of the Planning Committee for the Forum and developed and coordinated two of the panels that will be part of this year’s programming.

Mike’s session, “Standing to Appeal and the Person Aggrieved Standard: A Moot Court,” will take place on Friday, April 5, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

ABOUT THE SESSION

Panelists will explore issues relating to standing to appeal in bankruptcy and recent developments surrounding the “person aggrieved” standard in a moot court format.

EDPABC is a nonprofit organization that was formed in 1988 to promote the education and interests of its members and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania residing in the ten counties within the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Members include lawyers, other professionals, and paraprofessionals who specialize in the practice of Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights law in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
