Data privacy attorney Rachel Marmor will participate in the 37th Annual Technology Law Conference, hosted by The University of Texas School of Law Continuing Legal Education (UT Law CLE). The two-day conference convenes nationally recognized technology and licensing practitioners, in-house counsel for leading technology firms, and open source, data privacy and emerging technology professionals for discussions on the latest industry updates and trends. Ms. Marmor's presentation will take place on the first day of the event and will feature a privacy-themed game of "Two Truths and a Lie." She will review common areas of confusion for businesses when approaching privacy law for the first time as well as explain how to leverage resources both internal and external when navigating the privacy landscape.

Holland & Knight is proud to sponsor the conference. Attorneys Bart Huffman and Haylie Treas are serving on the event's planning committee, and Mr. Huffman additionally is serving as conference co-chair.
