Troutman Pepper has received the Products & Services Deal of the Year Award from the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston in recognition of the firm’s role as buyer counsel in Spring Partners Retail LLC’s acquisition of 64 fuel and convenience store locations from Landmark Industries, LLC.
