Nicole Su concentrates her practice on labor and employment law, representing employers in discrimination, harassment and retaliation disputes, wage and hour lawsuits, breach of contract cases, unfair competition disputes, and various other matters in arbitration, state, and federal court. She takes pride in her ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, counseling employers on employment policies, training, compensation, severance, and employment agreements. Nicole has experience drafting summary judgment motions, appellate motions, position statements, and client memorandums, managing e-discovery, and directing expert witnesses.
