Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce that it has signed a new lease for its Dallas office to build out 41,000 square feet at the new expansion of Old Parkland, one of Dallas’s most prestigious and historically significant commercial real estate locations. The Old Parkland campus, which has been meticulously planned to inspire camaraderie among tenants and to encourage collaboration and discourse, is a renowned address for businesses, foundations and civic leaders. The move, targeted for summer 2025, is part of Polsinelli’s continued commitment to excellence and growth in Dallas and the broader Texas market. Most recently, the firm expanded its presence in the greater metro area by opening a Fort Worth office.

The focus of the firm’s new office layouts has been to enhance interaction between attorneys, administrative professionals and clients, using intentional designs that foster collaboration. This is reflected in Polsinelli’s lease at Old Parkland as the firm will be consolidating from multiple floors at its current location to one contiguous floor in the new space. Located at 4020 Maple Avenue in Uptown Dallas, the new office will span across three buildings in the new East Campus of Old Parkland, including Resolute Tower, Providence Hall and Endeavor Hall.

“We are honored to replant roots in such a prestigious location and selective community. We strive to do things thoughtfully at Polsinelli, and part of that is also reimagining what a law firm office looks like and how we collaborate with each other and our clients,” said Brian A. Bullard, Dallas Office Managing Partner and Chair of Polsinelli’s Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions Practice. “Old Parkland was intentionally designed as a counterpoint to the traditional office park and design, and this aligns with our own nontraditional approach and philosophy. We are absolutely thrilled to join the Old Parkland community next summer.”

Polsinelli was represented by Stream Realty Partners Managing Director Dan Harris, Managing Director Craig Wilson and Senior Associate Nate Hruby.

Polsinelli has been redesigning and relocating offices in multiple locations nationwide, including most recently in St. Louis and Nashville.
