2024 Annual Supreme Court Review and Business Outlook on September 17, 2024

Holland & Knight invites you to our 25th annual Supreme Court Review and Business Outlook program, which will discuss key business-related rulings and their potential effects across a wide range of industries.

Although the socially impactful decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court garnered much of the attention in the first half of 2024, the Court also decided a number of cases with major ramifications for business interests. This webinar will provide a timely analysis of already-decided cases, as well as look ahead toward the cases that will be heard when the new term begins on Oct. 7, 2024.

This program is designed for all attorneys, in-house legal personnel and outside counsel, as well as executives with compliance responsibilities.
